Abstract

This writing is a review of Anthony Sattin's book "Nomads: A History from the Margins of Civilization", published in 2023.

This work is a historical narrative from the perspective of the nomadic peoples of Central Asia and their influence on the contexts of the Eurasian, Indochinese, and Middle Eastern regions. It emphasizes the importance of considering this approach as a complementary element that enriches and expands world history by dignifying the peoples who have been invisible in Western historicity until now.
