Résumé
Desde el enfoque de la relación entre el neoliberalismo y la capacidad estatal, en este artículo se analizarán las causas de la persistencia del neoliberalismo y el resurgimiento de las fuerzas políticas de derecha en Chile y Argentina en los últimos cinco años. Se parte de la idea inicial de que el neoliberalismo, al reconstruir las relaciones de producción, erosiona la capacidad de infraestructura del Estado, lo que a su vez genera una estructura de diferenciación, aumentando de esta forma los costos institucionales y, en consecuencia, creando un entorno favorable para su propia persistencia. En los casos de Chile y Argentina, el neoliberalismo ha incrementado los costos de cambio y de estabilidad, demostrando que el resurgimiento de la derecha en los últimos años es resultado de esta estructura en lugar de ser la causa. En definitiva, en este artículo se plantea la necesidad de formar una amplia coalición antineoliberal.
